Ltd, is a one of passion, commitment and sheer determination spanning over more than five decades.  During the past three decades, Pakistan, Specially KPK has been plagued by clouds of turmoil, turbulence, and chaos.  However despite these tremendous challenges the The FICUS Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd, has continued its growth and thus playing a vital role in the economy of our country.

In 1959-60, our grandfather Haji Miraz Gul started his business in our village Landikotal Khyber Agency from currency exchange and new tyres import from japan, with the passage of time, he expanded his business to Peshawar and slowly and gradually to Afghanistan as well as. It was a small company with just a few hundred Rupees as its sole assets providing limited services in the areas of transportation, procurement, and logistics and construction. Today we are proud to announce that the The FICUS Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd, is one of the leading chains of companies in the country providing a comprehensive line of services in construction, transportation, heavy machinery, logistical procurement, fuel technology, automobile rentals, travel and real estate building apartment and residential projects.  A small company with a few hundred thousand  as its total assets in the past has grown to be a group of companies with international credibility in the global corporate market.
